Our Approach
The first stage of the retreat is to reconnect deeply with your human body, to build awareness, establish inner stability, and awaken your natural energetic identity.
These practices are designed to:
• Boost energy levels
• Create natural highs
• Expand self-awareness
• Build resilience and stability (“unshakable Qi”)
After a week of observation, practice, and contemplation, you will experience a renewed energy field; you will feel your Auric Painting updated and revitalized.
These ancient traditions are to be approached with respect. They carry transformative power and can awaken profound shifts in both the giving and receiving aspects of life.
My elders have entrusted me with the rights to protect and carry these practices in good ways.
